CIRCA Returns Policy
At CIRCA, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our supplements are consumable goods, we’re only able to accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns

Unopened & unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, sealed, and in resalable condition.

We are unable to accept returns of any opened or partially used products for health and safety reasons.
How to Start a Return

Email our team at hello@drinkcirca.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.

You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the product is faulty or incorrect).
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.

Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
At this time, we cannot offer direct exchanges. You may return your eligible item and place a new order.
